The wood for the table tops is cut from the core of the tree trunk, carefully air dried for 3–4 years and only then is it worked on. The unique surface finish gives each table top a very special look. In his inimitable way, Stefan Knopp has covered the entire artistic range of his work in this product. Above all, it brings out his talent for accentuating and capturing the power and originality of a centuries-old tree, preserving its life in an aesthetic manner. The customer receives a living product full of history and with the artist’s distinctive touch.
Technical details: Table-top thickness of 6-7 cm, with and without wanes. In all colours and sizes and different frame designs.
